- Working closely with our partners, dealing with all areas of the practice to maximise performance and service to our clients

- Nickie implemented and project managed the new practice management system including the development and creation of workflows to drive efficiencies within the organisation
- In collaboration with members of the management team, Nickie introduced trainee lawyer roles to the One Legal structure. Our vision is to “grow our own” lawyers to secure the recruitment and retention of staff and to provide resilience within our teams
- CILEX Introduction to Law and Practice, IOSH Managing Safely, Job evaluation NJC Scheme and Agile Project Management Practitioner qualification
