Alice qualified as a solicitor in 2006.
What is your specialist area of law? What types of cases do you deal with?
- Monitoring Officer at Stroud District Council and Principal Solicitor dealing with regeneration and large-scale infrastructure projects
- Knowledge of the law as it applies to local authorities
- Experience in advising on Development Consent Order and associated processes as well as development under the Town and Country Planning Act 1990
- Experience in licensing law as it applies to licensed premises

- Alice assisted with the delivery of council funded regeneration of a former munitions factory and its transformation into business incubation space
- Alice advised on the establishment of a joint venture company to operate the Midland Cyber Security Centre
- Alice advised on the first purpose-built student accommodation in Herefordshire, funded by through a public/private partnership
- Alice advised on some of the first large scale windfarms in the UK
